The following fees apply when payments are made to BEST telecom:

• for VISA or Mastercard, <1.8% or $0.88 whichever is the greater
• for AMEX or Diners Card, <4% or $0.88 whichever is the greater
• for bPAY
  • from a Debit Card, Cheque or Savings account, $0.88 per transaction
  • from VISA or Mastercard, <1.8% or $0.88 whichever is the greater
• for Direct Debit from a Cheque or Savings account, $0.88 per transaction

Where a Direct Debit or Cheque paid to BEST telecom is dishonoured, a $30 fee applies.

There is no charge for payments made to our NAB account by Direct Deposit or Direct Credit or for Cheques or Money Orders posted to us.

To setup an Automatic Payment Authority

• from a Bank or Credit Card account, please download the form, complete and return an Authority to us; or
• from an Australian Government pension (aged, disability, parent, etc), please download the form, complete and return to us.
