How do I do a factory reset my Linksys SPA-3102? PDF Print E-mail
  1. Find your ADSL filter and remove the landline cable from the SPA-3102 as shown below
  2. Dial the star key 4 times **** on the handset connected into the SPA-3102
  3. Wait for an English accented "Linksys Configuration Menu" and wait for the message to finish.
  4. The message will request an option
  5. Dial 73738# as the option
  6. Enter the reset password given by technical support
  7. Enter # after you have entered your password
  8. Press 1 to confirm.
  9. Your SPA-3102 has now been reset
