Under regional settings, also change your outside dial tone to: 400@-19,425@-19,450@-19;10(*/0/1+2+3)

To terminate call via the PSTN , you simply add <#,:>xx.<:@gw0> into your dial plan to terminate any call via the PSTN by pressing the # key. You will hear a different dial tone which confirms the feature has been invoked, when this is active, dial the number via the PSTN.
