BEST telecom offers you the choice of a state-wide or national phone word licence. If your business operates solely within one state, a state-wide licence offers superb value. If you expect that you will receive calls from outside your home state, an Australia-wide licence is your best option.

Call plans

To make use of your phone word, you also need to select a call plan. We offer two options, depending upon the number of calls you expect to receive.

Subject to our Terms and Conditions of Service. All prices exclude GST. Calls are charged on a per second basis. Minimum 36 month contract applies. Unused call allowances are not carried forward into the next billing period. Prices are indexed by 5% annually on the anniversary date of account establishment.
