Depending on whether you purchase a Phone Word outright or lease one from us, you can keep your phone word number for as long as you want, provided your account is kept up to date.

This is important, because a well promoted, memorable phone word number often becomes an extremely valuable business asset.

For your added security, at the end of each term your licence will automatically renew for the same period, unless you have previously notified us that you no longer require the number.
