Digital Diversions

The following instructions are to help you setup Digital Diversions on your mobile phone on the Optus network.

Activation of Diversions
To activate Diversions enter the codes below into your phone

Activation  * * XX * NUMBER # SEND 

Activating from the handset, replace XX with a code from below. Replace “ Number” with the number you are diverting to.

Unconditional  

21 

 All calls are diverted 
Busy  

67 

 Phone is in use 
No Reply  

61 

 Phone 'rings out' not answered 
Not Reachable 

62 

 Out of Coverage area or switched off 

If you are Diverting calls to voicemail you will need to enter the number 321.
