A:     Email On The Run is the “one stop shop” online tool that pushes email settings to a your compatible handset. Once you finished entering their details online, you will receive the email settings straight to your handset in a few minutes time. After the settings are saved, you can start sending or receiving email. You can check their email by accessing Menu > Messages.

Q:     Will I be charged to set up my email via Email on the Run?
A:     No, you will not be charged to set up their email via Email On The Run. Once the email has been set up on your compatible handset, you will be charged when you send or receive email on your handset.

Q:     Are there data charges associated with using email on a handset?
A:     Yes, there are data charges associated to sending and receive email on your handset. You can purchase a bolt on Mobile Internet Pack if you are a Post-paid mobile customer to help manage data charges.

Q:     Which email accounts can I set up to use with Email On The Run?
A:     Email On The Run supports most POP3 email providers including Yahoo!7Mail, Windows Live Mail, GMail, and/or Optusnet and other ISP email.

Q:     Will I be charged cancellation fees if I stop using email on their handset?
A:     No, there are no subscription or cancellation fees involved when using Email On The Run. Data charges apply when you send and receive email using your handset.
