Trying to understand the pricing plans of the big Telco's is confusing to say the least. That's why at we offer four simple plans. Our plans include lots of free calls, plus features such as v-mail, call forwarding and call screening.

Remember to get the advantage of these great rates you'll need a Voice Box or VoIP client software for you that connects to your broadband service.

How much will I save?

Right now you're probably spending a heap on telecommunications. There's line rental charges, your broadband costs, then the cost of each call. Your Telco probably hits you with a call connection fee and a timed call charge for most of your calls.

So, here's what you can start crossing off your total telecommunications bill.

Line Rental

If you are a cable broadband customer you don't need to pay for your phone line. That could be a monthly saving of $30 or more, right away. You simply make and receive calls with BEST VoIP over your cable connection.

If you use ADSL broadband then you need to keep paying line rental (your broadband is delivered over your phone line) but you can switch to the lowest cost from your existing provider. For many people that saving will cover the VoIP monthly service fee from BEST Telecom.

Calls costs *1

A long distance call costs just 10c on BEST VoIP Starter plan. Its FREE on the National and Home Plus plans. Calls to some countries are FREE on Home Plus. Compare that to the big Telcos, who can charge 35c or more just to connect your call, with much higher timed rates after that. It's easy to see how you'll save on VoIP calls with BEST Telecom.

Features

We offer you great service features. Some, like V-mail you won't find with the larger phone providers. Others are available but at a price. Your phone company will hit you with a monthly subscription charge or a cost per use, or both. We've kept the pricing of our features nice and simple they're free with your chosen plan. You only pay for any extra call costs incurred by using the feature.

*2 Excludes calls to international mobiles and special services. Free countries on Home Plus include Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, UK, and USA. 20 cent countries on Home Plus include China, Greece, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, and Taiwan. 20 cent countries on World include all the aforementioned destinations. Engin National, World, and Home Plus are available to residential customers only. Prices effective 12 March 2009.
